As the top real estate agency in Durham Region, Dan Plowman wanted a more engaging and user friendly site in order to stand out from all the clutter in a digital age. This included creating his first responsive mobile site. Launched in Summer of 2016, this site was completely transformed from scratch and was used until Fall of 2017, when Dan Plowman Team Realty rebranded. Results: This version saw a 0.11% increase in click through rate, a 10% decrease in cost per action, and saw an ROI of 150%.
